Do not rent here. The building has water issues, and the management doesn’t know how to manage. Before the real issues, I will point out, multiple 5-star reviews below are from former and current staff which is misleading, and they should be removed. During our 18 months at The Fountains, we had 3 separate water leaks in our unit on the fifth floor. Realtors and Locators! Do not expect the management to pay you. They offer commission, but I have been almost begging them for 6 months to pay me. They do not respond for several weeks. I had to email two times a week for several weeks to even get a response. They say they will process it, and it has been more than two months since they said they will process it. Lived here for nearly 7 years, and enjoyed every minute of it. The team working at this building are simply phenomenal, and it's really great to see that they promote internally. Over the 7 years of living here, you would think there would have been quite a bit of turnover but NOPE. The same people that were working here 7 years ago, are the same ones today.
