I love living here, it’s clean, peaceful and in a great location. Brooke is simple the best. She assisted me when moving in and even after I can email her and she takes care of business big or small. I honestly think I would have chosen a different property if it wasn’t for her welcoming smile and attention to detail. If you’re tired of feeling like just a tenant, come to The Fountain’s and you’ll be welcomed like family.
I just moved out from The Fountains @ Memorial. I lived there for several years and most of the times I had very positive experiences. I want to take the opportunity to say thanks to all staff and especially to Ms Luz ( Morgan Manager Lead), Jennifer, and Courtney. Spacious apartments and great location, among restaurants and fun events at the Lawn.
Do not rent here. The building has water issues, and the management doesn’t know how to manage. Before the real issues, I will point out, multiple 5-star reviews below are from former and current staff which is misleading, and they should be removed. During our 18 months at The Fountains, we had 3 separate water leaks in our unit on the fifth floor. Realtors and Locators! Do not expect the management to pay you. They offer commission, but I have been almost begging them for 6 months to pay me. They do not respond for several weeks. I had to email two times a week for several weeks to even get a response. They say they will process it, and it has been more than two months since they said they will process it.
