The food is delicious and the atmosphere is just perfect. The noise levels are low due to the high ceilings and the overall size of the restaurant. The tables along the river allow for beautiful views. The bar is elegant and fun and the martinis are out of this world. Can't wait to go back!
Poutine lovers, give the Foundry a shot. We tried the regular poutine and and the duck confit, both home runs. Awesome to have places like this in NH. Bon appétit!
Restaurant Looked great.. love the fact that after I called ahead to put me on the wait list and I got a text back saying thank you and they looking forward to me coming into the restaurant.. staff was ultra friendly and very helpful when asked about menu items.. The food was top notch from flavor to presentation .. will definitely be returning here in the near future

Foundry: I've been there twice w/my spouse.. enjoyed their roast Duck w/rice also w/ die for Brussel Sprouts cooked in maple sugar. Order these as an appetizer and bring your meal home in a doggie box.
We are new to the area and The Foundry was the first restaurant we visited and we could not be more pleased with our experience there! The staff was friendly, the drinks were good and the food was delicious! We loved it so much we went back for our second visit thinking it could not get any better and we could not be more wrong, it was even more delicious! We will definitely be back!
So glad my husband and I found this gem of a place through my Find Me Gluten Free App while in Manchester last night! A Farm to Table Restaurant with a great comfortable atmosphere, excellent service, and amazing food at reasonable prices. Coupled with the fact that the menu offered more GF options then not, I cant wait to go back! I reccomend the Duck Confit Rissoto but I cant wait to try the Caramelized Scallops next time!
