I’ve lived at the Foundry for about a year now and it’s one of the best properties I’ve lived in. Xavi the property manager is such a sweetheart. She’s super helpful and knowledgeable. The maintenance man is very responsive and always responds to my maintenance request within 24 business hours. The property is pretty quiet and I never had any issues with missing Amazon packages like I’ve had at a previous property. I look forward to another wholesome year at the foundry.
I am very grateful to Xavi (mgr @ foundry) for fixing my lease issues. Etc..She is a 5 star mgr..She is always kind and considerate.. Eric ( maintenance mgr) always has my back in regards to repairs to my unit...He is always helpful and courteous...very professional...
Let's be honest, everything and everybody, need some kind of improvement, and specifically property management in general, seems to be a common area that needs improving, but here at The Foundry Apartments, I've seen and experienced, genuine care and concern for the residents. It takes more than just good management, and that means good maintenance. I have been at The Foundry from the beginning. I've seen managers come and go. And I must say it is wonderful to have Xavi at The Foundry. She is helpful and kind and truly cares. Xavi, it's been a pleasure! :)
Xavi is a very nice person that is always available when I need her, she goes above and beyond to make sure I am taken care of! Eric is very helpful and is always willing to help! I am happy to live her.
