I have lived at the Foundry Apartments after it was built in 2017. Cold water showers always been an issue and not too important during Summer months. Mr. Eric Flores, maintenance supervisor, told me he needed to do some kind of procedure to the 2 water heaters before he gets off work every day. Since Eric is not here on Saturdays and Sundays, we don’t get hot water. In order to fix this issue once and for all, get new and efficient hot water heaters,
No leadership. Turn over is HIGH. Maintains guy is great but he can’t do it All. A lot falls through the cracks. They definitely don’t keep up with Colorado law on replacing and fixing residential needs ( plumbing, appliances etc…) just lucky to have a roof over our head.
Maintenance and office are on top of things. The one and only complaint is the lack of hot water.
We've had so many changes in management, wondering why? The apartment itself is alright, issues or concerns over some of the structural integrity of the building, especially the electrical? Frequently we can see sparks inside or behind the switch plates of several light switches in our unit. And I question what is wrong with the wiring that makes our energy efficient light bulbs burn out every few months, which just adds to the already poor lighting in every room. Great job! Eric is always swift and very friendly! I never have to stress about getting my issues resolved in a timely manner. There's no worse feeling than being uncomfortable where you live. I love living here!
