I have received nothing but excellent care from both Dr. Remtulla and Morag! Since my back injury in September, I have been seeing both of them and am on the road to recovery. Not to mention, it's a pleasure to be greeted and helped by the lovely Mary at each appointment :)

Thanks to the work of Dr. Linda Drake I was able to come back quicker than expected from a broken ankle and compete at a World Cup Mountain Bike Race. Not just that, the ankle was good enough to get me to 39th place at my first event in 3 months. I can't thank her enough for all the help she has given me. I owe many of my successes to her! She is the first person I turn to when something needs fixing and she is the only one I need to see. Do yourself a favour and get yourself %100 with her help!

Thank you Marie I am happy to share what I have been doing to get healthier. On Sept 14, 2013 I started a program called Ideal Protein. and as of May 8, 2014 I have lost a total of 51 pounds, a total of 57 inches from around my body, (10 of those from the belly button :)) This program at Foundation for Integrated Health has change my life.
