Lived in one of their properties, The Bennington. The worst is all of the management people. The manager and reps NEVER respond to emails about repairs once you sign the lease. When talking to them directly about repairs (after waiting for a month for a repair order), they show hostile attitude and ALWAYS say that their maintenance is unavailable. Management seems to be told to be unfriendly so that no residents want to go to them. Apartments and appliances are very old and not working. I would suggest NO ONE move into this ... read more
Lived at one of their properties for a couple of years unfortunately and wow just to name a few things.. There have just been way too many issues and dangers of living here. Most recently our neighbors middle school aged girl has been jumped and beat up 2 times this school year by other children on property. Back about a year or so ago a young teen pulled a knife on some elementary school children and I had to forcibly take that knife from him.
