Working with Sandy Liss and the MarketPro team made the process of selling my parent's home easy. There was plenty of red tape, lots of different people to deal with to get to the finish line of finally selling. The company was prompt meeting me. We came up with a price that I could agree on and they got rid of all the junk acquired over a 15 year period. The interior of the house needed some work, they took it on. I was not required to change anything and was able to walk away from the property as it was. This reduced the stress I was in because I needed to sell quickly. On the day of closing, my money was deposited that afternoon.

MarketPro Homebuyers made the transition of selling our home an easy process; from start to the very end. Sandy was truly amazing, had no problem answering any questions or concerns I had regardless of how big or small. We were in good hands with MarketPro.
I worked with this company for nearly a week. When we finally got down to finalizing a date and time for them to come look at the property I was informed that they are not buying properties in that zip code. A total waste of my time and now I've lost a week of trying to get this property sold. I'm so upset I'd give them a ZERO if I were able to.

Oftentimes, we try to expand our business area beyond our current scope; however, after more analysis realize that it would not be logistically possible. We prefer taking our time on the front side of the transaction completing our due diligence and thereby, ensuring that we would honor our contract once fully ratified. Market Pro has apparently gone into County records to find my name and address so they can proposition me to sell my home to them. I have no relationship with this company, so this is basically unsolicited harassment not unlike showing up on my doorstep. The old “we’re sorry” is a way to paper over the fact that they are doing this to thousands of people. I really don’t’t need to see Danny B********** face leering at me from a piece of junk mail.
