On March 14, 2020, I signed a contract for the sale of my home. Since then, the COVID-19 crisis started and everything stopped. As we approach 90 days since signing, do I have any further obligations under that contract? MarketPro has resumed running TV ads, but I haven't heard anything from them. Other real estate wholesalers are contacting me, so I want to know if I can proceed with them if MarketPro is no longer able.
