We had to find a place for my mom and knew that The Forum at the Crossing was the best fit for her. Both my grandparents were at the Forum years ago and they got the best care in the state. So, when it was time for my mom, there was no question where she would live in her golden years. The staff are all friendly and very caring. Her needs are always met in a timely manner and mom loves the food. The activities are abundant and they have a little something for everyone that is living there. My mom is thriving! While visiting a friend there today, I noticed that the place was dirty, a mess. Her toilet was clogged, stuff laying all around on the floor I notified staff and no one came. I asked for the administrator. They said she was on the phone, apparently she was on the phone for hours. Someone else came and said they only have two housekeepers for the whole place, including independent, living and assisted living. They do not check on her often. Not recommended!!!
Moved my parents into the community in mid-January 2025. The process to get my parents into the community was smooth and my parents like the place very much. When I first toured the community with my parents, the facility seemed outdated, but as the months have gone by the community has been in a constant renovation to bring it up to date. Most repairs or concerns are addressed within an acceptable amount of time. My mother really loves the place and the community has brought out the social person she was before she got "... read more
Situated in the Granite Dells all by itself, presents beautiful views of the red rocks and boulders that seem suspended, defining gravity. A water running creek in the back feeds the Cottonwoods and other trees. Mention quiet; all you hear are the birds who are happy here as well. Transportation is on hand for individual needs as well as group shopping and events. I find staff and fellow residents friendly; isn't that where it's at? Social gatherings aplenty on the premises. Fifteen minutes to downtown Prescott. -Whin Oppice

I've lived in Montebello independent living for four years... and love it!! Interesting folks to talk with, great activities to choose from... a variety of good food... and a truly super staff ... and when you get tired of it all, you can just retire to your well-insulated room ... quiet, and relax! I just left a pleasant live music hour in the library (one of two), , with happy hour drinks... nice afternoon! Now... a short nap until dinner in the dinning room!
Do NOT have your loved one live in the assisted living section. They cannot eat in the main dining room. They have to eat in a small depressing area converted from an apartment. They are not treated very kindly. No compassion. They will leave residents in their room alone. Will not encourage them out of bed in the morning. Negligent. Be warned.
Well, I currently work at Pueblo Norte Senior Living in Scottsdale, AZ. My official title is maintenance. However, I help out as an in house security guard two nights each week. This last Friday I was sent home early by the fat ass H.R. lady there. She caught me sitting down in an empty room where there are two couches. I had my knee brace on and my maintenance boss was aware of my injury and he was out of town, but the fat H.R. lady acted as if I was slacking off and told me to go home early immediately. I even told her I h... read more
My mom has been living here for 7 years. She loves the variety of activities. She told me, “ You can be as busy as you want to be!” The staff is friendly and become like family members too.
