Lived at a foremost property for about 3 years, rent increases were very reasonable over the years. Maintenance was completed in timely fashion and all employees were very nice and easy to work with. Got my entire security deposit returned when I moved out! If you get a chance to rent from Allison and her family, I'd recommend it!
Foremost/Allison were the best landlords I've had the pleasure of working with. They are responsive and fair. We felt at home at the Salter Mews Townhomes on Montrose and 3rd Street and really enjoyed our time there.
We lived in one of the Salter Mews townhomes for five years and loved it. The house, its amenities, and the shared courtyard were all fantastic—private when you want it, communal when you’d like to get together with neighbors. What really made it special was the community: kind neighbors who look out for one another and create a warm, welcoming environment. Phenomenal experience as a renter. Allison was super quick to answer and all questions, and most maintenance issues were solved within 24hrs. Would definitely rent from her again!
We rented from Foremost for 3 years. We loved our apartment and rental experience. They were super easy to communicate with and were always helpful with whatever we needed. I see some reviews stating issues with security deposits. We had no issues and received our full deposit back. I would definitely recommend renting.
