We rented from Allison for nearly 2 years. She and the Foremost ream were responsive to concerns about the property and helped us find new tenants to take over our lease when we purchased a home unexpectedly. Excellent landlords, would rent from them again!
I toured an apartment at 300 Christian with Allison Hindman Harvey. The apartment itself was lovely, but the showing experience was disappointing. She made assumptions rather than asking questions. At one point she literally said, “I’m assuming you don’t have a car, so I won’t show you the garage.” She never asked about my work situation. On the way to the roof deck, she mentioned it was open for tenants use it but to “be wary of Fourth of July and Memorial Day.” I asked if there’s a process to reserve the space for parties.... read more
Lived at a foremost property for about 3 years, rent increases were very reasonable over the years. Maintenance was completed in timely fashion and all employees were very nice and easy to work with. Got my entire security deposit returned when I moved out! If you get a chance to rent from Allison and her family, I'd recommend it!
Foremost/Allison were the best landlords I've had the pleasure of working with. They are responsive and fair. We felt at home at the Salter Mews Townhomes on Montrose and 3rd Street and really enjoyed our time there.
We lived in one of the Salter Mews townhomes for five years and loved it. The house, its amenities, and the shared courtyard were all fantastic—private when you want it, communal when you’d like to get together with neighbors. What really made it special was the community: kind neighbors who look out for one another and create a warm, welcoming environment.
