The Ford Agency promotes a high volume of job openings on its website, yet applications are met with silence. There is no acknowledgment, no updates, and no transparency regarding candidate status. This pattern of non-responsiveness raises serious concerns about the legitimacy and integrity of the roles being advertised. Such disregard for applicants is deeply unprofessional and reflects a troubling lack of accountability in their hiring practices.

I cannot recommend their services. I found their process to be opaque and their definition of a "good fit" to be arbitrary. They provided little assistance in tailoring my resume or experience to their opportunities. The sleek website is misleading; the actual support and matching fell significantly short of expectations. Advise heavy caution.

The Ford Agency helped me find a great place to work, and they set me up with some really nice temporary work in the meantime. Jessica held my initial interview, and even though I didn't have a good idea of which direction I wanted to go she gave me some very good advice. I really don't know where I'd be without them.
