I had an excellent experience with Peter Bello at The Foot Specialist. From my very first call, he took me in the same day and has always been gentle, patient, and thorough. He made sure I was comfortable, explained everything clearly, and went above and beyond — from finding a pharmacy for my medication to helping with direct billing, replying promptly to emails, and even suggesting pads I could use to walk more comfortably. Amazing clinic! Great team. Dr. Dejan Pavlovic has been patient, flexible and accommodating. Also very good with kids : ) Their prices are , the clings is clean and their intake forms and system as simple. Highly recommend.
It’s been 1 month since receiving my custom orthotic insoles and let me tell you… if they’re included in your benefits, get them here! Peter was extremely helpful and accommodating throughout all of our interactions. A great communicator and definitely cares about the work he does. Numbness in the feet and pain in my calves/knees have essentially disappeared, which has allowed me to regain confidence in being more active outside of my full time standing kitchen job. Saw Dr.Dejan and he was amazing! Explained why my feet were hurting and ways to help heal them. Next day saw Dr.Peter and he too was extremely patient and helpful. My feet feel better already! Highly recommended. 😊
