I had an excellent experience with Peter Bello. He was attentive, thorough, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring throughout my appointment. I saw him about arthritis in my big toe, and he took the time to carefully observe how I walked, explain what was happening, and answer my questions clearly. Just wanted to leave a quick review and say thank you. The service was great from start to finish. I felt welcome as soon as I walked in, and everything was explained clearly. The specialist made me feel comfortable and the whole appointment felt relaxed, not awkward at all. I highly recommend Peter at The Foot Specialist. He was incredibly responsive, attentive, and took the time to understand my concerns. I’ve received two custom orthotics from him, and they’ve made a world of difference in the way I walk and in my overall foot health. The relief in foot pain has been significant, and I genuinely feel much more comfortable day to day. Excellent care and service from start to finish.
Amazing and friendly service! I went in with foot pain (ball of the foot), and they were able to identify the problem and gave me a stretching and strengthening routine that worked wonders. I also got fitted for orthotics, which went seamlessly. The orthotics came in right when they indicated, and they made it easy to schedule a follow up visit. True professionals! They provided all the information for insurance in a way that made everything straightforward. Would definitely recommend.
