I've been going here for almost 16 years. I'm a teacher and on my feet a lot. You can't buy more comfortable shoes. I bought Good feet orthotics before this store and they didn't work. They know what will fit you good.
HAVE BROUGHT MY BROOKS FROM YOU AND REALLY LIKE THEM.
Knowledgeable and helpful staff. I came in with foot pain that I had been dealing with for months. They recommended some insoles and within 2 weeks the pain was gone and I was able to hike 5 miles 2 days in a row. I highly recommend them.
Poor customer service skills on the phone. Can't imagine that improves in the store front.
I had my first appointment with Carol today. I went in worried that I would just be put into some ugly shoe that I wouldn't want to wear. I had a prescription, but Carol listened to my concerns and what I felt my issues were. I'm sure that once my shoes and inserts are completed, I will be completely satisfied. Thank-you Carol.
