Extremely knowledgeable & excellent customer service for both my mother & myself. We are two hard-heads that did not want to hear that we were wearing the wrong size/width of shoe, yet Scott convinced us that we were! I haven't had this level of knowledge & service since Grassroots went out of business years ago. I will be back!
Not at all surprising to me, there were three foot specialists waiting on others when I entered the Center. Scott came out from the back to help me. Either my son who wears braces and requires orthotics or I have been customers/clients/patients for at least 15 years. Superb job, excellent communication skills with me regarding what I wanted. He "shimmed up" the inserts on my new Brooks purchase to address my supination. And their prices are always competitive with other high quality vendors.
My feet are happy today as I work in a garden center. My old shoes were causing me pain and sores. I have been wearing the shoes they recommended all day with no pain ! One can not get better than that.
I needed a American Sign Language interpreter to communicate than paper and pen!
Helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. I will be most assuredly be going back. Brian has assisted both me and my Mother. They meet the needs of their customers, each and every one, with assessment and a wide variety of options. I can't say enough good things!
