The office should have obtained a prior authorization. Then my insurance company told me I was over charged for my co-pay at the time of the visit. I was charged $50 instead of $35. I was not informed that I would be charged $90 office visit which was more than the $80 for the service which was just clipping of the toe nails. So, on top of the $50 co-pay I sent an additional $65 . After my check was cashed I received another bill for $65. So it cost me $115 to get my toe nails clipped.
