Update: (from 5 star to 3 star) I stopped coming to this clinic after my last visit last fall. I came in with the same toe issues and was shown 2 products which I had already purchased at the clinic at my last visit *(over $60 CAD) - we had a nice conversation and I was told there was nothing more to be done, and I was sent on my way to pay the bill *($65). Completely satisfied with my experience, and highly recommend. From the get go I was welcomed my Trish, a wonderfully personable and competent assistant. A true asset to Dr Springer's team. My reason for going there was addressed successfully. Thankyou both so much!
Andrew recommended shockwave therapy and calf stretching exercises to treat my plantar fasciitis on my left foot. Walking had progressively became so painful that I was worried I would have chronic pain forever. Andrew suggested four treatments of therapy and Trish provided the treatments which took about five minutes each. Now I experience occasional pain but can walk very comfortably on my hour long walks. I had such a great experience with Dr. Springer — he was absolutely amazing! So personable, chatty, and just an all-around pleasure to be around. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients and makes you feel completely understood. Trish, was equally wonderful — so joyful, welcoming, and full of positive energy from the moment you make it to her desk.
