I live out of town and she took the time to speak with me and after discussing my budget and thoughts on an arrangement, she sent me a picture to make sure I was happy with it prior to delivery! Ordered a bouquet on short notice. I just said a birthday bouquet. She delivered it very quickly and it was GORGEOUS! Very impressed with the customer service AND the quality of flowers! I will order again!
We have been ordering flowers for mothers day almost every year and it seems it gets worse. We understand the flowers can be replaced/changed but there was a huge gap between what we ordered and what we got this year. We’d like to return it and get our $129 (and tax) refund 😢
I can't say enough amazing things about The Flower Truck. The day my niece went into labor, I called several florists in Warner Robins. Nobody was as sweet or accommodating as Shirley who recommended I wait so that the flowers could be delivered directly to her instead of left at the nurses station. The next day when I called, not only did she remember me, but she made the most beautiful bouquet and even took the extra time to send me a picture of it before it went out for delivery!! The plant was beautiful. They all liked it but it wasn't what I was expecting it to be. I thought it would be 3 stalks which it was. But I was thinking it would be one short one medium and one tall. But as I said it was beautiful. Thank you for all your help on this
