We have been ordering birthday flowers for Mom for many years. She liked them, of course. However, this year we were very disappointed. We paid extra for the "deluxe" bouquet and it looks skimpy. I understand that you will substitute when you don't have what is on the website photos, but the daisies, instead of astromeinia look skimpy. Also there was no baby's breath and no green poms.
The flowers were gorgeous! The customer service was excellent! Emerson went above and beyond to deliver graveside flowers to our beloved Mom. We now live out of the state and this meant so much to us.
We ordered a beautiful bouquet and it was delivered on time and gorgeously
I called this flower stop on a Friday and asked if I could get an arrangement for Saturday. No problem he said . He told me what the arrangement would be, how much and I said what time. I went in on Saturday, there was nothing arranged and trie to pass off a valentines arrangemt. I don’t recommend this florist.
