BEWARE!!!!!! I ordered flowers there yesterday and they were never delivered. I called the number today and some non-engliesh speaking man answers the phone but all he can say is "no english". So I have no flowers and am out $80. So now I have to dispute the charge with my bank.
Janelle at The Flower Shoppe/Knoxville does a great job! She went above and beyond to create the perfect arrangement. I would highly recommend her for any type of floral needs you may have!
Best experience between the quick ordering, the beautiful bouquets so many to choose from I had a hard time picking and the seamless delivery experience. I ordered a housewarming bouquet from the Flower Shoppe for a new neighbor and was thrilled with the quality of the bouquet and the service! I asked the owner to put together a mixed bouquet of her choosing. What she created was like a field of wildflowers in a jar and so much better than what I could have dreamed up myself. I would definitely order from this shop again!
Wonderful experience on more than one special occasion with Janelle and The Flower Shoppe. Each arrangement has been unique and beautiful with the flowers blooming for days! I will be using this florist again for the creative floral designs, service and price!
