Thanks for helping me surprise my husband on his birthday!!!
In the chaos of planning a funeral we forgot a couple arrangements. We went into the shop at 11:00, they helped us with making decisions, let us come back and look at flowers, and were thoughtful of our timeline of having them by 3:30 that afternoon. Walking in to my brother's visitation and seeing the beautiful arrangements was a relief and so touching for my family. Thank you so much!!!!
They are very quick to respond. The owner is a very nice man who will go out of his way for you to make sure your order is right. We've bought all our past five or six arrangements from them for Mother's Day, Easter, Valentine's Day, etc. They have a large selection online, but also have wonderful pre-made arrangements at the store.
You would think on a day like valentines they would have enough drivers to get there orders delivered before the day is nearly over. And it would be nice if they informed you when you place an order that they do not honor time requests on holidays. And to make things even more annoying after calling 3 or 4 times and finally getting through the lady answering the phone gets an attitude with you and informs me there is no way she can know when they will be delivered then hangs up before I can even finish talking, apparently sp... read more
I love the FLower Shoppe!! This is the only place I would ever buy my flowers from! I love going in their shop just to look at their plants and everything! I have done business with them for years, their quality is fantastic , you get a wonderful amount for the price and their staff is just the Best! If you need flowers .. Shop there!!!!
Never Again... I had placed an order for my wedding flowers and they were beautiful. Of course, i was running late and a friend went to pick them up. THey forgot to put the order through so they tied up like 5 white roses with a piece of ribbon. I went the next day and the sales lady didn't believe me. THey like to take money from everyone and not give you the flowers or what you want. 5 years ago, my husband bought me a dozen roses with a balloon and bear, and they forgot the balloon and bear.
