This service was exceptional, I ordered a wildflower product to be delivered to my workplace, it is large campus, and locations can be tricky to find and get to. They followed my instructions and delivered the flowers to the right place at the right time. They sent me a photo to show that the flowers had reached the correct destination. The flowers were beautiful too
I wanted a “get well” delivery as I am based in Melbourne and wanted delivery to a local relative in Perth. Rang them promptly at 8am when they opened, spoke to a young lady who recommended some pink roses and so placed the order immediately. The order AS PROMISED was there by 4pm. I had the privilege of receiving get well flowers from my Daughter,Son in Law and Grandson last week. The flowers were absolutely stunning - my favourite blooms delivered in a lovely jar along with a beautiful card. The flowers were so fresh and truly brightened my day. Had an issue with the flowers I received, BUT they rectified the situation with a full refund and even offered to send me another bouquet FREE OF CHARGE. This is how businesses should operate, and I would feel comfortable ordering again as a result.
