As beautiful as the flower were, the whole delivering process was a total mess. They missed the first delivery which, i understand, they leave early compared to most people. They found out shes off at 3:30pm and told me that it would be the first delivery out next day. The driver didn't show up until 3:46pm and on top of that he had the nerve to ask the person RECEIVING A GIFT for a tip when I already paid for delivery and tip when I made my order online.
