This florist is unprofessional, tacky, and downright despicable. We ordered from them thinking it would be a premium arrangement and what was delivered graveside was nothing more than trash. The flowers were wilted, haphazardly put together when the funeral director went to move the arrangement a whole gladiolus fell out and to make matters worse the manager is defending this piece of trash arrangement saying that she added more premium pieces I'm sorry Ms. Loretta bit mums and Gerber daisies are NOT premiums pieces. Got my hair spiffed up by Bridgette at the Hair Loft! She's the best!
Ordered from 1-800 Flowers and got the saddest bouquet of flowers I have ever seen. I was sure that even Walmart could have been a better choice when those arrived in the mail. I thought to check Flower Patch’s website in hopes they could deliver flowers the next day, and help to salvage a Mother’s Day gift. Thankfully they could, and they even provided a higher quality arrangement than what I expected when I selected “designers choice” (or whatever button I hit).
