I had the most incredible experience yesterday with Nawal (I believe that was her name)! I called to have an arrangement made, provided my budget and the flowers I wanted included, and when I came to pick it up, I was absolutely blown away. The bouquet was stunning, my friend loved it! Nawal was so knowledgeable, helpful, and quick to assist. I highly recommend this florist to anyone looking for beautiful, high-quality arrangements and exceptional customer service!

I was rapt with the roses I bought for my partner's birthday. Maddi was very helpful in helping me choose a combination of roses, and arranged them beautifully with lovely paper and ribbon. My partner absolutely loved them too!
ordered a dozen roses for my girlfriend’s birthday—paid over $150 and specifically asked for delivery before midday. When I called to confirm, they tried to tack on an extra $25 “urgency fee” just to meet the agreed deadline. I politely declined… and they still showed up at 2 PM, when she wasn’t even home. Thanks for demonstrating top-tier greed and “professionalism.” I’ll definitely look elsewhere next time.
