I just bought a bouquet of flowers on Saturday and some of the small roses were dying off and it has been 4 days. Took it back to see if they would replace the roses. They redid the whole bouquet for me. Happy wife now! Thanks
I am sure this is a fine place -but if Dave answers the phone I would ask to speak to someone else. This man has ZERO customer service skills. When asked why my credit card wouldn't go through with the correct address he says "hey, you should be nice to me ...it's COVID time," you are not nice" -what??? All I said sir was "what can we do about the address not going through?" I think the owners need a new phone operator.
We had to push up our wedding last-minute, and Flower Gallery was able to provide what we needed with less than 24 hours notice! Thank you for all of your help!
I ordered from fromyouflowers.com and the order was fulfilled at Flower Gallery. When I called to complain I was given the excuses that it was the fault of the company from whom I ordered, that they didn’t have certain flowers and could substitute and that they would not correct the problem. The original company only would give a $16 credit. This is such a rip off and the local florist should make it right but they refuse. The flowers my friend received were nothing like what I ordered. Buyer beware.
