I would give it less than 1 star if I could. I ordered an arrangement for a funeral, and then was completely ghosted - even though they took my money. I left 6 voice-mails within a 3 day time period; they NEVER answered, nor returned my calls. I went by 2ce during business hours & they were always closed. The funeral home said they were the worst to do business with because if orders were even delivered a lot of times it would be after the service. I tried to work with a local company but I will never use them again.
Ordered flowers on Monday to be delivered on Friday to my mother for Mothers Day. No flowers ever arrived. Tried to call multiple times to only listen to a recording about ‘the busy holiday season’. Left messages. No answer, no returned phone calls.
Ordered my wife flowers and she never received them, terrible service!
I ordered a floral arrangement. It said as long as I ordered before 2 PM. It could be delivered the same day. I ordered at 1 pm and it was canceled at 3 by the client. I never canceled but I got an email that says my order was canceled. I called several times and I left a message one time and never a reutrned call. Awful experience I would never recommend them again to anyone! By the way I live out of state and I ordered it for a friend that lives in shepherdsville kentucky
This was my first time ordering through this company. I ordered flowers for my sisters birthday on their website. I called the company and asked for an estimate delivery time and they proceeded to tell me my order was cancelled without emailing me or calling me. My card has been processed for the payment and I was not informed about my cancelled delivery today. The employee I spoke with states they use a third party company.
