The flowers were nice. I had requested delivery. I told them online and in a separate email specific delivery instructions. They were to call before delivering the flowers so that the recipient would answer the door. They did not do that and left the flowers on the porch. Luckily a neighbor came by a took the flowers into her house before someone else could take them. Why ask for specific directions if yor are not going to use them? I will not use this florist again!
Kevin did an outstanding job for my daughter and son-in-law's wedding. He provided guidance as my daughter chose the flowers and the arrangements she wanted. He listened to her ideas, and then made suggestions. He helped choose flowers to match the colors in her wedding party. We got many compliments on the arrangements at the reception and the flowers that the bridesmaids carried. We couldn't have been happier! I highly recommend Kevin and the Flower Cottage.
