I order a bouquet of flowers for a baby shower this past weekend. Picked them up on Saturday and followed Patty’s instructions because the shower was Sunday. Sunday comes and there were 2 hydrangeas that were dead and I can’t to pull out a couple roses. The bouquet was not at all what I asked for. When I picked them up on Saturday everyone was very rude. We pulled your order to see what you ordered and bouquet was made exactly what you asked for. When you picked up the bouquet you told the girl that you loved it so I don’t know why you are stating in your review that this was not what you ordered?? We give people instructions how to take care of flowers if they are for the next day and we never ever got a complaint that this kind of thing happed to anyone that the flowers were dead, so were are sport that this happened to you , but it is beyond us to take care of the flowers... read more
Patty and the staff at The Flower Cottage are floral geniuses! Patty listens to our needs and creates stunning floral arrangements. We have used Flower Cottage for everything from simple roses to dance flowers and party centerpieces. We are always amazed at their beauty. Highly recommended.
Worst customer service ever !! 2 people fighting over the price to change me , if it wasn’t for my mom I’d of walked out of this madness !! I’ve been buying flowers for my mom all my life and I’ll never buy them from this nut house again !!

I’m sorry you put this on a review. You demanded that we do something immediately and for a lower price that was on the cooler. We have many, many orders ahead of you and you even came in our workroom . If you could have come back or chosen another in the cooler for that price we would have been happy to help but YOU were the one arguing. Hope you found what you needed elsewhere.
