I'd give this ZERO stars if I could. Niece sent Grammy flowers for Mother's Day. We were home in La Quinta all day. Flowers never arrived. Niece called & was told they tried to deliver but no one was home. Said they left note, but they did NOT leave a note. Niece called FTD to have flowers delivered to Grammy's Hemet home on Tuesday (they didn't deliver Monday either), and they called & asked if they could deliver to La Quinta instead. I bought some flowers from the flower company and they were really beautiful. Great customer service and good quality and the design was very well organized and just what i was looking for.

i would never buy from this flower shop again, over charges and the quailty of the roses are not good! very unhappy customer. i called to talk to a manager and nerver got to talk to one about my experience with the order i put in and also never got the correct amount charged to my credit card.

the flowers from this shop are of poor quality ! frank at the shop will not return my calls after i complained and he was to issue my credit of 50% off the bad delivery of flowers for a birthday gift. the rose's where limp and lifeless that day and also a bug ate some of the rose's on the edge. I n my apiion after dealing and recieving there product's i would recomend you get your flowers somewhere else. i have still been trying to resolve this matter since august 2008 barbara

Relatives back East used FTD and spent $57.98 for a flower planner from the Flower Company. The arrangement resulted in a 4 1/2" diameter pot and 4" of small flowers above the pot line. Even after taking the arrangement back to the Flower Company - I was told that's what you should expect for $57.98. The arrangement looks like a $7 WalMart plant Don't expect too much from the Flower Company -
