Recently received yellow roses from my husband from this business and the flowers never opened. A few days later I returned to ask for a refund and was genuinely pleased with how pleasant the interaction was and how easily they corrected the problem.
Embarrassed on my anniversary. Flowers aren't fresh. Nothing like the photo. Not even close. My flowers look worn out upon delivery.. No Austin option even in the customer service tab. I feel scammed, no exaggeration. I demand a full refund. So sad...
Very well priced and did an amazing job for our wedding we are very happy with the services we got. My flowers beat me to my wedding and looked amazing. Thank you so much! I completely forgot to get pictures of just our flowers however we have them in a couple of our pictures.
