All I can say is this is amazing! Over the past year my life has been pretty stressful and sometimes a bit overwhelming. 3 weeks ago I went and saw Kenny at the flow spot and my life hasn't been the same since. I'm not saying this to help advertise I really mean it. The breathwork is so powerful it takes me about ten minutes just to move or even open my eyes afterwards.
