Had a recent road trip to Southern California and decided to stop into The Flow Spot during my stay. Tried the Ajna light, breath work, and Ecstatic Dance sessions. All were amazing! This is breaking new ground for an average guy like me. If you are giving thought to trying any of these go see Kenny! Very real guy that makes the process so much easier to enjoy.
Infinity room, breath work, healing, OH MY! I don’t even know where to begin. As soon as I walked into the Flow Spot, I felt an incredible sense of peace and calmness. Had a very emotional, special, and relaxing experience. It was wonderful! Can't wait to go back for more experiences. Kenny helps in the relaxing process and leaves you feeling at peace.
We forgot that breathing is powerful! breath has been with us literally since the beggining. Kennys breathwork class is unique and fun. It felt weird at first but Kenny pushed me to breath deeper and to let go. I left feeling vibratory and overall pretty darn Good! Thanks brother!
It is hard to describe, but it is an amazing experience. After I felt like I was radiating with a low humming energy. Definitely an experience I want to have again.
This was such an amazing experience! The atmosphere was peaceful and inviting. Kenny was truly a great guide through this magical journey. He had me set my intentions prior to the treatment and led me through the voyage. The sensations your body goes through when implementing the breathing techniques is crazy, but so so beautiful. I can’t honestly explain my experience here but by saying it was amazing! I felt lighter. I felt connected. The whole experience was incredible. Every single aspect of my session was spot. Kenny is so friendly and an amazing. I felt comfortable and safe. I cried, laughed, and had an experience. I hope to be able to come again when I’m in the area. Must must try!!
