The Florida theatre has always been my favorite place to perform. And the greatest place to see any concerts. I love the Florida theatre.
not customer friendly! kathleen the box office manager was extremely rude and condescending when explaining to me I had missed VIP tix for event; which were NOT promoted or detailed on any info for the event on the website or in folio. after attending this event which I already have tix for I refuse to return to a venue that treats customers so poorly and fails to provide adequate information about pricing variations.
Beautiful architecture, grand building, great staff, excellent events. The seats and the aisles are the size that they are because of the period the building was constructed. Just a thought for those commenting earlier.
This place is not big guy friendly. I will never come back here. I am staying to watch the show because already pay for it. But NEVER will come back. My knees hurt, my hips will be bruise tonight and I'm not the only one here tonight feeling the pain.
Beautiful theatre... But the seats in the balcony are so close that as a 5'8" person, my knees don't fit! We had to sit sideways. Pretty disappointing for the money. During intermission the line for drinks didn't even move, they need to have more staff on hand when they know the show is sold out.
The theatre is designed&decorated lovely. Our family agreed meet after I told them that Loretta Lynn was coming to Jax... We would like for her to come back. My brother & wife lived with Loretta & Moody & worked on their ranch...would like to see them
