I’m a Florida homeowner dealing with a difficult HOA/property situation on my own, without a lawyer - not by choice. I filed formal complaints with The Florida Bar against multiple attorneys from March 2024 through June 2026 for serious issues, including what I believe were fraudulent affidavits, improper service, and repeated procedural violations. They are just covering for attorneys and not even reviewing your complaints. I know that for a fact as the complaint which I submitted got rejected and they haven't even addressed things I stated in complaint. I tried to talk to them again and said I have additional evidence, they rejected it based on first response without even acknowledging additional evidence. It's a sad legal system when you have people like these making sure attorneys are acting in ethical way.
Absolutely horrible service. First I get the name of a lawyer that doesn't even handle what I need even though I specifically told the representative what I was looking for and then when I called back to get a correct referral the representative (Luna) was incredibly rude and unhelpful. This service is useless and ran by very incompetent people
I was very impressed with The Florida Bar’s responsiveness. I submitted multiple inquiries, and each one was acknowledged promptly with clear instructions about next steps. Their communication is organized, efficient, and reassuring. A smooth experience during a stressful time. Thank you to the ACAP team for their dedication and quick guidance.
Wowwww! Some secretary at the Florid Bar really just hollored at me because I couldn't hear her in giving me an attorney's phone number. How rude is that? I guess this the type of people they hire and nobody taught her better....it's called home training before you even get into the workforce. Definately shouldn't be in any customer service position, but because they don't make a profit this establishment believes this is proper behavior for someone representing what suppose to be professional establishmen?
