Had them do our whole houses carpet and Lino. Lino installation was terrible. They came back to go repairs in the basement to the places that didn't stick and melted the Lino. Then they refused to call us back. The carpet installation was good but the stairs are really worn after only 3 years. Contacted them as they raved that they are the only place that has stair Warrenty. They came to look at it and finally had them look at the Lino in the basement and they said we did it. After a tornado, we were to have a replacement equal to the previous carpet. Within 6-8 months, there was a definite traffic pattern and the seller wouldn't even come out to look. The manufacturer never answered emails or snail mail.
Was told this carpet was equal to what I had previously. It was terribly worn in 6-8 months and my rep from this location was rude and the manufacturer of the carpet never responded to my emails.
Trevor helped me out today and was so nice. He went far above and beyond. THANK YOU
