I chose The Flooring Source from three bids. The owner, Steve, came immediately to do an appraisal and gave me the quote on the spot. The work was done on time, at the price quoted, exactly to my expectations. His work crew were exceptionally personable, professional, tidy and quiet. They let themselves in and out of the house each day - often we didn't even realize they were there. The job was to remove the existing rug and tile a 900 square foot basement. The quality of the finished floor is excellent.
This was our second experience with The Flooring Source and we couldn't be happier! Wouldn't go anywhere else! Steve really helped with our selection - answered all our questions and pointed us in the right direction. It's nice to go somewhere where you're a name rather than a number! The carpet is wonderful, and the installers were clean, neat & professional. Great experience - great job!
