Excellent customer service!! Mr. Pete is great!!
They've sold us 2 floors that essentially fell apart on us. They are dragging their feet with the warranty so we run out of time and lose it. Do not come here.
I had a great experience. Pete Quave is very knowledgeable, and helpful. He helped me choose just the right flooring, and supplies. I would highly recommend Floor Trader to anyone seeking quality flooring.
