We had excellent service from The Floor Store. The owner, Milad Meftah, was terrific with keeping in contact with us every step of the way. The installer Randy did a terrific job.
I am so thrilled with my new floors from the Floor Store, and how beautiful they are. I am also impressed by how fast and efficient the whole process was - it was only 2 weeks from signing the contract to beginning the installation! Milad is easy to deal with and a true expert. He was even able to match my new wood floors to the existing 12 year old floors. The installation team was quiet, polite, and expert. I highly recommend them.
I am pleased with the tile I purchased and with the installer. The floor looks great, and several friends have asked who did it.
The Installers from Floor Store at Thornebrook did a great job installing the LVP. We appreciate the prompt response and hard work. My only complaint would be that one of the transition strips in the master bath had a joint in the middle. Didn't look nice. Felt like it should have been one piece. I highly recommend this place for flooring.
Milad and his staff at The Floor Store at Thornebrook went above and beyond in obtaining the wood we desired and installing the wood in an efficient and professional manner. We just purchased a mid-century modern home that had extensive heartwood pine throughout the home. Two large bedrooms, a large walk-in closet, office and hallway had carpet that we needed to replace before moving in.
