What a great location with many options to choose from. Genesis is Professional and provided great estimates for home projects. The location is ideal and I can appreciate a family run environment. Prices are competitive and customer service spot on. Thank you!
Going to the Floor Store reminded me all over again of how nice it is to deal with a locally owned business where the owner and the employees all have time to make the buying process as simple and as stress free as possible. I must, of course, add a special shout-out to the guys who came over to install the carpet.
We replaced carpet with ~2200 sq. ft. of LVP in multiple rooms and closets, and with carpet on the bonus room stairs. The Floor Store has a good selection of quality products, their prices are competitive, they're easy to work with and they stay on top of things during the process. The primary reason we would recommend them, and would use them again, is the quality of the installation. Elliot (and Robert) of Future Flooring Installation were meticulous and everything turned out even better than we hoped.
Prompt, professional, excellent work by the team, including Mace and Sons. No one gets 5 stars, but these pros came as close as you can come. As a a former quasi-contractor myself I am qualified to provide an unbiased verdict. Awesome result! Full STOP. Recommend highly! Like any remodel work, however, get your wallet out!
