I would highly recommend this flooring store. Dealing with Milad from the beginning was an extreme pleasure. He was knowledgeable, professional, and fair from start to finish. carpet was installed by ELLIOTT and turned out fantastic. ELLIOTT was very communicative through the whole process and really took his time to do a bang up job so happy with our carpet.

The Floor Store in Thornebrook has beautiful flooring designs to choose from.. things you won’t find in big box stores - for reasonable prices- and you will receive excellent personal attention from the owner himself. The installation went very smoothly, and was finished when promised. We noticed a few small areas where we could not clean off the grout and the installer came by right away to make it perfect. We are super happy with our new floors! You won’t regret choosing The Floor Store!
