Prompt, professional, excellent work by the team, including Mace and Sons. No one gets 5 stars, but these pros came as close as you can come. Big shout out to the Floor Store @ Thornbrook for an awesome job! From selection to installation they led me through the whole process I had never done before, going from carpet to hardwood. I wanted an exotic wood trim feature on the steps and Mace made that happen with his meticulous attention to detail. It came out amazing! Thanks to all, and especially to Mace for putting up with me and going above and beyond with his wood working skill. Very satisfied customer!
Shopping for the perfect floor was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Milan and his assistant were most knowledgeable and helped me decide on the best floors based on my needs.
