I was very nervous at first, as i suffer from severe anxiety. I took my time, kept the light on and the door open at first, but went to total darkness after about 10 minutes. I was amazed. My breath became neutral. I felt my tension dissipate. Four days after my first float, I still feel the effects. Anxiety levels have dramatically decreased. I haven't felt this relaxed in years. The coolest experience. Kevin really made me feel good about the float and throughly explained the whole process. He was so welcoming and really made the experience so easy. I highly recommend floating to all! It really made me feel very relaxing and at peace. I can not wait to float again!
It's interesting what floating does for the mind and the structure of the world itself. This was my second float. I had a very similar experience to my initial float, but this one was also a bit more enveloping. Floating helps with identifying with the part of your being that is responsible for transformation. Today, the day after my float, there are still lingering effects.
This facility is incredible. Everything about this place from the moment you walk in til the minent you walk out is amazing. I really cannot praise this place enough. If your looking for healing, inspiration, deep meditation, or just some good old fashioned rest and relaxation this is the place to go!
