I was excited to support this business and had hoped to become a repeat customer, but unfortunately my experience was disappointing. The bouquet I received did not reflect the quality I expected, and when I reached out to express my concerns, I felt that the response placed the blame on me rather than acknowledging the issue. Instead of feeling heard, I was left feeling dismissed. I value businesses that take ownership when customers have a genuine concern, and unfortunately that wasn’t my experience.
Ordered an arrangement to be delivered next day on their already scheduled drop off in Cornville. I will not go into details of my thoughts as I will let the pictures speak for themselves. The first one is what was delivered for a wedding fo a total of $222.26 including taxes and delivery as i selected the mid-price of 3 levels presented. The second is a picture of what I hurried and put together from Safeway, (the red roses one), using my own vase of $70.00.
Every single detail was perfect! The team at Flirty Floral went above and beyond for me and my family. We went through some specific details we wanted on arrangements and they delivered on everything we asked for. A 10/10 experience from the very first phone call. Thank you Linda and Sierra!
