Very disappointed today at brunch. We never got our Minnie Mouse pancake..the whole reason we came. Also, bacon was overdone and no more than 3 people told us "that's how people like it"..doubtful. The only plus is that the waiter was really good.

I promise you this is not our standard and a far as the host not responding to your comment and getting a Manager involved is also unacceptable. I had the spaghetti with 3 huge meatballs. Pasta sauce was amazing. The bread was very good. My husband had a burger and fries and loved it. Can't wait to go back and try other dishes.
I have been to the Fletcher several times now and loved them all but tonight out shined the rest! I had 20 ladies in my party. We had a reservation for 7:30-the cafe room was set up and ready for us! It was PERFECT! Camile was our waitress and she was wonderful! She kept all the checks straight and separate even when we got up and sat in the seating area. Food was great, atmosphere was fantastic and service was even better! Thanks for an awesome night celebrating a dear friend getting married!
My husband and I eaten at Fletcher many times. The staff is excellent, we love the food & the beer is always cold! Their outdoor area is great but the restaurant and bar is beautiful ! We have enjoyed every visit.
Wonderful atmosphere, friendly, courteous wait staff, generous portions, and the food was awesome!
