Oh My Goodness! The food is out of this world. Matt catered our rehearsal dinner and wedding reception and all everyone could say was " Wow, this food is fantastic". The coffee rub prime rib was out of this world. Matt and his staff did a wonderful job! Highly recommend!!!!

Chef Matt did an AMAZING job at my wedding last weekend! In spite of torrential rain and 60mph wind gusts he provided us with incredible food! The added touch of the carved out pineapples to hold the sauces was great! Everyone commented on the amazing food!

Chef Matthew was accommodating in working to plan a family reunion menu. My 83 year young, Italian, and picky taste tester mom, enjoyed his homemade lasagna & sauce so much that she asked for extra sauce. Coming from my mom, that's a huge compliment!
