RecommendedVitalia used the Flavored Fork last week, Matthew outdid himself with the braciole, with a salad and side dishes for 250 people. Not only was it delicious, but it was hot. We will be using him again. He is a true professional.

I recommend the Flavored Fork and Chef Matthew for all your catering needs! Enjoyed a delicious meal yesterday that he prepared for my husband’s office! He also did the catering for my daughter’s wedding, 2 1/2 years ago and people are still talking about how good the food was!
Chef Matthew and his staff were amazing in every way. The food was delicious and the service was exceptional. I expected them to do a great job with the menu we agreed to but they were helpful in every way possible. If something needed to get done, they did it. They go out of their way to make sure that hosts are able to enjoy their event. I highly recommend.

Chef Matt and his team are over the top awesome. He catered both the rehearsal dinner and reception for our son’s wedding in Sebastian, FL. They provided a delightful seafood fare for the rehearsal dinner (key lime and cannoli shooters😊) and southern cuisine (BBQ and all the fixings) for the reception. We booked the Flavored Fork for our rehearsal dinner and wedding reception. All of the leftovers were eaten that weekend! Chef Matthew is absolutely wonderful to work with and creative with his dishes- our guests rave about the food. We loved going to his shop to get lunch as well and hope to eat some of his BBQ again soon. If you want BBQ for your event, this is the company to go with.
