The Flats on Archer has been a great place to stay! We’ve been renting through Landings and even though that’s the case the staff have been very attentive and helpful! Especially Jerry with maintenance. We had an issue with the A/C and he made it his first priority to help us out! Very respectful, knowledgeable and courteous! We are grateful for all his help!
We have our salon under the flat apartments, if you’re a tenant, you’re get 15% off your service. Also, Jerry is awesome. He keeps the the surrounding clean and he’s out every day picking up trash, and blow the dirt away with his blower.
Jerry from maintenance is a great dude who is easy to work with. Not too many problems I have ran into, but he handles them quickly and efficiently.
Resident Review – The Flats I moved into The Flats on April 1st, and from day one, the experience has exceeded my expectations—largely thanks to Jerry, the maintenance technician. There were a few minor touch-ups and repairs needed when I first moved in, and Jerry not only handled them promptly, but also took the time to confirm everything was up to standard before he left. FYI/READ for prospective residents. The gym looks good BUT most of the equipment doesn't work. One of two treadmills had been out of service for a month. The spin bikes - you cannot change resistance & the seats are broken. The rowing machine - you also cannot adjust resistance. The exercise mirror, doesn't work. You can't opt out of the gym fee but they aren't using that money to service it either. Also, Hope is no longer the manager, after an abrupt transfer.
