1. Did not expect the train to be so loud. It would be nice to have an in unit dust removal unit or air purifier due to the track dust. Leaving my computer, iPad, or iPhone in the sunlight, I can see the dust collect en masse. 2. Parking Lots are patrolled by a third party and tow relentlessly - Horrible Horrible Horrible people. I was parked in my spot and was towed.
how can there be so many 5 stars？This place doesn‘t worth the money. The apartment is not soundproof and you can even hear what your neighbors say. And you can participate all their parties by staying in your room. The elevator lobby is dirty，that‘s why the agents never lead a tour there. They only show you the bright side. The elevator lobby at the garage is awful and literally smells like vominus. The staffs are not professional and extremely disrespectful. Choose another，just go.
It’s a family, here. You treat people with respect, and they’ll take good care of you.
My room is really big and has a beautiful view of the pool and the mountains. The maintenance staff is super friendly and they answered all my questions when I was having trouble with my washer/dryer!
The office and clubhouse areas are so welcoming and beautifully decorated. Private study rooms are conveniently located to the coffee bar to help you get through late night study sessions. The office staff members are incredibly nice and can help you with any questions you have!
Love the open area on the bottom level with the coffee bar and the ladies in the office are always happy to help! :)
