I must agree with most of what everyone said. Living here was okay at best not worth the price. From pidgeons living in the bathroom vents to constant leaks with sloppy repair jobs. I would like to add they definately tack on move out fee's and in the middle of conversation about this, the staff stopped responding to me and sent my account to collections. Like mid communication. Katina Stone is one of the rudest community managers I have every encountered. The staff is okay but leadership starts from the top and shes awful.
