RecommendedI think living at the Flats was a great place to live. I was there for a short period of time before a job took me to another state. I just wanted to show my appreciation for the open arms getting started there. I felt safe and management was great! Really enjoyed the great amenities that was given. I give this place a 5 star.

RecommendedI moved in a few months ago and enjoy it! This is a great location and within 15 minutes of downtown, nightlife, and great restaurants. I have also met nice people within the complex. Compared to other apartment complexes I have lived in, the management here seems to be top notch! They have always been responsive to me and helpful.
So far it seems that new management is much different. They call you back about repairs and show real concern for your needs. After my repairs are done I will add a fallow up. They seem to be more community oriented and excited to make changes. Excited to see if they make changes!!!!!
