I have been extremely happy with my apartment at The Douglas so far. The location is fantastic—central, clean, and conveniently close to both the university and Ottawa Park. The apartment itself is spacious and well-maintained. A special thanks to Keanna, who did an outstanding job guiding me through the entire leasing and move-in process with professionalism and care."
The staff is awesone. Maintenance works pretty fast to complete your work orders. There is also good communication from the staff.
My move in experience was good. The staff was exceptional and very helpful. I have not received a follow up for the maintenance crew coming to clean up the walls that I can’t reach from the spray they sprayed. I still have some infestation of fungus gnats.,And the people above me make noise 24/7 ….. I’ve already complained nothing has been done and they are louder.
