Going 2 years strong in February, Big Tex is the place to be! There is no better place to live or to call home in Southtown. The price is well worth it because of all the amenities and surroundings. Have had great memories made here!
Perfect location with wonderful, modern units! Right on the Riverwalk for a nice walk into the heart of San Antonio. Plus a top notch pool, gym, and clubhouse! Love this complex. Definitely recommend.
BEST PLACE TO LIVE IN SAN ANTONIO!!! I could write a novel here as to all the reasons this place WINS at life, but I'll keep this short & sweet and just say that we love it here and are one million percent satisfied with everything about this place! Wish I could give 10 stars instead of only 5! <3
The best thing about The Flats... location. Dog poop is everywhere and bags are hard to come by. Residents don’t pick up the dog poop. No lights at the dog park. Garage arm is constantly broke. Elevator is constantly broke. Trash is constantly overflowing.
The Flats at Big Tex is such an amazing place. The property is beautiful and couldn’t have better views, they always have really cool events and the staff is excellent...professional yet very down to earth...they work really hard to make the community stand out! 💕
I toured with Natalie she was so helpful and I loved the property! The location and views on the Riverwalk can not be beat. You can literally walk the Riverwalk into Downtown!
My wife and I have been in a one bedroom fully furnished since Oct and we wanted to get a bigger place with our own furniture. We looked at several places and The Flats at Big Tex could not be beat. The customer service from Liz, Teddi and Natalie is first rate. The area is amazing and the staff makes you feel at home. We upgraded to a 3-bedroom and they were very wonderful to work with concerning the transition, they were amazing during our move in with over 10,000 lbs of stuff in getting us a storage shed or very short not... read more
