I deleted my last review Since they commented a bunch of false allegations such as not listing things correctly on what was wrong with my apartment. So how about this if you are intrested and renting from this place personally send me a message and I will send you the pictures of what my apartment looked like when I moved in time stamped in all. I would like to be able to give a good review but I just simply can't .
We moved in about a month ago and love The Flats! We had a few hiccups at move in but the staff were INCREDIBLE and made sure our move was comfortable. The residents are extremely friendly and the building is always so quiet. It's hard to believe sometimes that you're in an apartment because you never hear people above, below, or beside you.
The Flats are awful. I lived there last year and we constantly had problems. Our entire bathroom flooded, our dishwasher flooded and needed replaced, our AC went out TWICE in the middle of the summer. I just spoke with the property manager, Kara, about a wedding gift that was shipped there instead of to our new address. I left a voicemail 2 days ago with no response. The apartments are put together very nicely; sharp and modern. Everything is a year old or less.
This apartment complex is top knotch! Beautiful, clean, modern apartments at an affordable price and not too far from downtown Indianapolis. My favorite part is having full access to the memory hall gymnasium which was featured in film The Hoosiers. The staff is extremely nice and take really good care of the facility. If your a younger business professional, this is the place for you!
The location worked ideally for me with easy access to the interstate. Very safe neighborhood. Beautiful kitchens.
