RecommendedThis community has allowed me to make new friends and my doggies have also made friends! We love it here so much and would definitely recommend it to anyone who is interested about moving here. 10/10. It’s close to everything you need, location is great. Maintenance & administrators go above and beyond. Definitely recommend.

Thanks to the Flats offering short term leases we have a place to live until Corona19 passes. We live full time in our RV and when all the parks closed found ourselves with very few choices. Not a lot of places provide short term leases so people this was a blessing.
I’ve been here for almost 5 months now and have enjoyed it. For me they’ve been professional, quick at maintenance requests, I like the velvet trash outside my door, and love the pool area. I like that they do try to make this a community and host monthly events in the club house. One negative is the shared laundry space. Other residents don’t take care of it and leave their clothes in the machines way too long. Overall I really like my unit and how updated it is!
I can't speak for the entire complex, but living in one of the studios here is pretty much the equivalent to living in a college dorm room. Need I say more???
You seriously need to listen to the reviews before signing a lease here. I could not of had a worse experience. My apartment was filled with dirt when I moved in, the rent was increased after putting a security deposit down, there was no security at all for any building, and one of the property managers walked around wasted. Disgusting. I also had multiple workers try and enter my room, when I was not given a notice. Anytime I would confront the property managers on the property they hardly addressed these issues. They kicked us all out and wouldnt let us stay and put us through hell the new company denied all our applacations there full of shit dont not rent from them

They are amazingly friendly! The apartments are very nice and spacious.
