Worst service EVER!!!!! After taking our order the waitress showed a lack of attention to our group. Took over an hour for food after inquiring about the food. The chicken wings were not properly cook raw spots in edible. Nothing was done to make it right. Because we were a large group tip was added to the bill. Waitress didn't deserve a tip at all!!!! Half of the food was cold the other half was improperly cooked. Extremely disappointed in a venue that was highly recommend.

We go to the Flat Iron a few times of year when the Donegal Doggs are playing and always have a wonderful time. The food is delicious. We always have a good meal here. The service is friendly and attentive. Even when the servers are swamped-like last nite-they got us seated quickly and served in good time. We've taken different friends there and enjoyed every experience.

I have been here before, the hospitality the staff have is amazing, the selection of beers and food is overwhelming. I took my wife to the Indians game and they laid on a shuttle bus, what more could you want. I give this restaurant 5 star's ***** Would recommend this bar to everyone

Excellent meal. My BBQ bacon burger was prepared just the way I asked. Onion rings were delicious. Portions are more than fair. Bartender made an outstanding Bloody Mary.
